    I recently had Mercury Excelum windows installed in my home and have been incredibly impressed with the results. The windows have made a huge difference in the temperature of my home during this heat of the summer. Super impress with the delivery process as it was sooth and the driver was very professional & super friendly/courteous, making the whole experience pleasant.t I own a 123 year old home and have not been able to open my windows for the past 25 years. NOW I CAN, and what a delight it has been. FRESH AIR, SCREENS PROTECTING ME from bugs getting in. Love the subtle tint to the windows and how they have blended in beautiful with my historic home. Also, love the safety feature and the easy cleaning ability. Thank you so much!!

    Terrible service, worst customer experience. Lack of concern and interest in solutions around defects and damage in product. Only concern was their getting paid. The what not to do in business.
