Brought my car here to get a front right CV axle changed, after i got the car back i noticed, a loud noise coming from the area he worked on(front right), i took it back the next day and they said a piece of the brake shield was scraping on my brake rotor and it was "fixed" there was a hum and noise present from the moment i got my car back. I took the car back again for the hum about a week later and he got in drove it for a minute, put it on the lift and very quickly said your wheel bearing is shot, problem with this is it wasn't before i brought it to him and when he was working on my car told me how "we have run into every problem imaginable" and "my guy is using a pneumatic chisel" basically a jack hammer. He basically just didnt take ownership of the problems he caused. Ive had lots of issues since, the car feels like it wants to shut off at stop lights and signs (they put non OEM transmission fluid in it), my front right ball joint is leaking, and i was told on the phone "that sometimes happens", i wish i recorded the phone call because he openly basically admitted to damaging it. I took my car to ****** for a diagnostic, was told all of this and more.

When i presented him with the information he berated Nissans workers and me, i told him i wanted a full refund, he told me he only would pay for the 'part', i said i wanted a full refund, he said he would get back to me and never did, i dont find this acceptable considering he pretty much caused me around 1600 dollars worth of work. Also the front right CV axle he put in wasnt OEM and ****** told me "aftermarket CV axles in this type of rogue are no good and needs to be replaced immediately"

I can go into much better detail, but limited to the 2000 characters of this form, i also have paperwork from ****** too if needed.

TLDR; i asked for a full refund he only offered to pay for the part after causing allot of damage, id wish i could get some of the damage covered too but im not sure how to go about that.

We are admitting no fault in this matter and respectively disagree with Mr. ******* statement.

Any additional issues with Mr. ******* vehicle other than the axle were pre-existing and have nothing to do with the axle replacement done at Old Blue Bird Garage.

We are sending Mr. ***** a refund check for the full amount of his service as a good will gesture and to close out this complaint.
