      Hello,

      My wife and I purchased a shed from The Barnyard in May of 2023. The shed foundation setup was completed on 5/23/23 by a Barnyard contractor. The shed was delivered and setup on 6/29/23 by Barnyard staff. During the setup there were two Barnyard trucks parked on my lawn in front of the shed, obstructing full view of the shed. After the shed was setup and the delivery staff had departed, I noticed the shed was leaning slightly to the left. Slight, but noticeable the further you backed away from the shed. I also noticed a few cracks in the wooden shed foundation.
      I called The Barnyard and spoke with Megan and setup a time for a Barnyard staff repairmen to visit my home and review the issues. The repairmen visited my home in early July and attempted to level the shed several times. Using my level tool I showed the repairmen that the level was leaning to one side. He was able to duplicate my findings with his own level tool, inside the shed. The repairmen then placed his level tool on the outside shed siding and stated that the reading was level. At which time I stated that the barn was still not level according to our level tool measurements taken inside the shed, and my naked eye view outside the shed. The repairmen asked to use a few pavers on my property to try and level the shed. I agreed to let him try, but this approach was unsuccessful. The repairmen left and the shed was still not level. I called The Barnyard staff (Diane) the next day and she stated that she would put me in touch with the sales representative (Louis Gillen). This did not lead to a resolution. I made follow-up calls on (7/20, 8/21, 10/23). I was called back by the sales manager on 8/22 and we discussed the issue. The sales manager at one point stated that my eyes were probably playing tricks on me ("optical Illusion"). The sales manager stated that he could visit my property and take a look and I asked him to please do that. I never heard from him again. I called again on 10/23 and spoke to Diane who stated she would have Louis call me ASAP. I have not heard back from the Barnyard to date (11/10).

      We have since reached out to the customer and are waiting to hear back what day this week they can meet us on site. It did take a little while to respond because the contract provided by the customer in the complaint did not match the shed referenced however we found the correct contract

      Hello, 

      The sales manager (Wade) visited me at my home yesterday. We have a plan to address the issue, but cannot implement it until the spring. I am satisficed with the plan we have in place at this time.
