    I brought in my car to get serviced at Automaster in ******* ** and after about 8 days worth of repairs I got my car back they said it was all set after this my car has been back to the same location for the same problem my car has been back 6 times in which they have kept 5-7 days each time and nothing was fixed my car is leaking fluid shutting off and can’t even drive it I’ve attempted to go in person and call in which they have ignored me and never responded to my messages I’ve left. I just want my car fixed they’re not capable of fixing my car we’ve paid a lot of money for the car to be this bad. I’ve lost work missed work on paying for a car I cannot drive at this point I don’t feel safe with them attempting to repair my vehicle all they have said is how much they hate my car etc. I’m very stressed out about my car they are completing ignoring me I’ve submitted pictures videos I have a lot more the car leaks it shifts to the left when attempting to drive it i also have asked for receipts and they refuse to provide me with I do have a lot more information to provide if you’d like to give me a call ###-###-#### I would like for them to reimburse me so I may bring it to the actual dealer to get it fixed. Thwy have charged my extended warranty all this money and nothing is fixed they just keep charging for things that are not the problem I’ve called left voicemails went in person and getting ignored

    Hi my name is ******, I went to automaster service center last week. I went there because I work at ********* ******* *** ******, and it’s in the same parking lot. Some buddies at work said they would give me a deal, and it was easy for me so I wouldn’t have to drop it off somewhere and figure out rides. I have worked at valvoline for 6 months now. I’ll add that I have never once spoke to anybody that worked there until me bringing my car there. So I brought my car to get a front left wheel bearing replaced. When he came and drove car over. I said to him, this car has been giving me problems. But I got the other side wheel bearing done with no issues…. Ok so couple hours later, he brings it back. I’ll add he didn’t go down the street to test drive it. He drive it 40 feet from his parking lot to ours. So I went to drive home after work (5 miles drive home) the alignment was all off, and when I pressed on brakes the wheel would shake.. so next day I drove it back to work. It was Saturday so their shop was closed. I left it in Parkijg lot because I didn’t want to mess it up more then they already had. So Monday morning I go to talk to him. I politely tell him what’s going on, and can he fix this. He said I did my job, your car is a bucket, I knew this would be a problem. I said well then you shouldn’t of taken the job. I said it drove better with the bad bearing. It drives terribly now. He goes on to start threatening me. “You don’t want this, you don’t wanna mess with me” he said. And said “ I know what your about” I was baffled. I haven’t gotten in any trouble at my work, I make it there everyday. I’m good with my crew, it made no sense. So he said he wasn’t going to do anything. So tomorrow I’m bringing it to another shop. So illl have a receipt showing how much that costs when it’s done. But at the least I want to be refunded from him. I work paycheck to paycheck, I have a son and bills. I can barely afford to get it fixed again…

    On Dec15,2022 I took my car to Auto Service Masters on 1* ********* **** ******* ** for oil sensor replacement and check my brakes. On Dec 22 2023 I was Called from Rebecca the receptionist at place to come pick up my car it is ready telling me my keys are in car. I arrived at garage at about 2:30 pm I did not know shop closed early I started my car to leave and engine made this loud banging sound car was shaking violently I was terrified of sound and shaken of car as I have never experienced a car do that. I called them right away I was told to drive car around until the sound and shake goes away> I did not I was too scared as car seemed like it was going to explode. I had my son with me I called them and said 'No way am I driving this car in this condition' Sam the mechanic said its a holiday weekend they will be closed bring it back monday Monday shop was closed my car was towed to them on tuesday Dec 26,2022 . car has been in their possesion since Dec 15,2022 Still I am being promised they will get fixed because they did something wrong and I did'nt have to pay for negligence done to my car. Today is May 7 2023 and I still do not have my vehicle I am being told to hold on, it needs a new engine. Last week everyday I was told by owner to pick up my car and everyday I recieved a text from property owner Bill who has my car since Feb 1 2022 dont come today pick it up tommorow again i get another and another text not ready for pick up!! I am frustrated I am very depressed as I cannot function without my vehicle My children are losing days after school activities I am not always able to get to work because either Uber will not pick me or a friend cannot pick me up It is a great inconvenience and great impact on my life as well as my children Please help me get my car back! Its my only means of transportation for my children and myself. My car is currently at ** * ******** *** ******** ** ***** ******* this is 2nd shop where owner actually works from.
