    The non-profit ***** ******** ***** ******* ** *** ***** entered into a contract with TZB Ventures on Jan 3, 2023 for website design. Full payment for services has been made. The site was supposed to made available to us for inspection and training before going live. No deliverable has been provided, and I cannot get in contact with the owner/contractor with whom I had been working. The last contact was a phone call with him on March 4. Since then I have tried to contact him via email (4 attempts Apr 7 - May 8), texts (May 1 and 5) and left voicemails on his phone (May 3 and 8) but have not had any success. Can you provide any assistance?

    I'm writing in response to the complaint filed by *** ***** ******** ***** ******* ** *** *****. As the owner of TZB Ventures, I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. We take our clients' concerns very seriously, and it's clear in this instance that we fell short of our commitment to timely communication and project completion.
    Due to unforeseen personal circumstances that were beyond my control, I was unable to complete the project within the agreed timeline. Being a freelancer, I rely heavily on my personal capabilities and availability to ensure projects are delivered on time, and in this instance, I must admit I was unable to do so.
    I want to assure the ***** ******** ***** ******* ** *** ***** that the project's completion remains a top priority. To resolve the issue, I am fully committed to providing the completed website for your review and training within the next two weeks. 
    To ensure clear and open communication moving forward, I will reach out to Terrie directly via email, detailing the revised timeline and the steps I am taking to expedite the completion of the project. I also pledge to respond to any further inquiries or concerns in a timely manner. 
    Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience during this period. I am dedicated to fulfilling our contractual obligations and restoring your confidence in TZB Ventures.

    After BBB reached out, TZB contacted me and scheduled delivery of final product & service (website and training on June 18). However, once again Thomas B****, sole proprietor of TZB Ventures, has been out of contact with me since his last email dated 30 May 2023. I have tried to contact him repeatedly via email, text and phone but have not been successful. Full payment for services was provided with the signed contract (previously provided to BBB) on 03 Jan 2023. 

    I would like BBB to help me get access and control of the website, which it is my understanding has been created.

    I was reached out to by Thomas B**** of *******. He now owns TZB Ventures and previously owned ***** ******* ***********. Seems like the trend is continuing where he will promise one thing and not follow up with what was promised. He advertises professional marketing services including website design, business cards, flyers, and app creation.

    He did a terrible job for a client of mine and failed to fix any of the mistakes and issues and cut off all communication.
