    My records show that around 1-28-24( I am not sure on the date)
    I, ***** *****r (The Complaintant)called "Your Neighborhood Laundromat" and spoke to Sean I explained that I was home recovering from heart surgery and haven't been able to do my laundry. I told Sean that my laundry was very dirty. Sean informed me about how they do laundry and the process they use when it is very dirty. Sean picked up my laundry the next day 1-28-24(Again I am not certain on the date) When I opened my laundry it was nicely folded however when I examined my laundry it was dirtier than when I gave Sean my laundry some of the pieces that I tried on like my pajamas were very itchy on my skin as well as still dirty.My former white items were dirtier than when I gave it to Sean and looked Grey and dirty when Sean returned them.I was shocked. I reached out and called the number that I had 860- 598-8815 (Sean said it was his cellphone) Unfortunately I was unsuccessful in reaching him. I was still very weak due to my surgery so I was unable to keep trying after several attempts.When I felt stronger physically I called the *** and spoke to ******* ** ******* Today 4-12-24 I contacted Sean and was able to speak to him. I explained to Sean that my laundry came back dirtier than when he picked it up. Sean stated to me that my laundry was so disquisting and filthy that they were afraid to touch it and they had never seen anything so disquisting. Sean said they washed it three(3) times At this I was shocked because my laundry was not fithy, dirt yes but not disquisting and when Sean returned my laundry it was worst than when he picked it up. I then mentioned to Sean that one of my friends took home a few pieces of my white items and when my laundry was returned by my Friend it looked almost new ( in comparison to when Sean dropped off my laundry.
    At that Sean told me He didn't believe me. Sean informed me that there was nothing he could do for me and hung up( I didn't argue with Sean)
    then called back *** and spoke to ******* again.
