    We have received consistently subpar service from this company including poor to non-existent communication and a repeated failure to service our interior traps, which comprises 50% of the residential plan we have been paying for since May 2022. We have submitted the attached complaint letter to them in 4 different ways and at 4 different times (via their email address, via an online request from the business for a review, via phone in a conversation with the office manager, and printed out on paper and handed to a technician to deliver to the owner).
    The most recent issue occurred on Friday Jan 13th. We were advised previously that our monthly service date/time is the third Tuesday of each month with an arrival window of noon - 4:00 PM. For the month of January this would have been Tuesday, January 17th. However on the 13th we received a text from the technician that he would be arriving within 30 minutes. Given that this was not our normal day and we had received zero communication re: a re-schedule, we were unable to accommodate the technician that day. When my husband called to inquire why we were re-scheduled and not informed, the office manager was flippant and rude with him and could provide no reasonable explanation except that they needed to change the schedule and didn't care if it worked for us or not. She also advised that the owner had indeed received our printed complaint letter and chose to ignore us.
    The behavior of this company is astoundingly unacceptable. We have provided them with multiple opportunities to respond to our concern and by their own admission they are ignoring us. We would like a refund for the service plan in the amount of $265.88 as paid on November 2, 2022 for the time period Nov 2022 through April 2023 and to end our relationship with this company upon execution of the refund.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me assuming the refund check they sent us does not bounce. They may call us to set up a time to retrieve their equipment.

    On 6/11/2022, Jeff from Nukingstreet came out to assess a critter problem in my attic. I paid $159.53 upfront for the assessment, estimate, and a date to remove the pests. Jeff came out on a Saturday (when the company is closed, per one of the receptionists) and checked the attic and showed pictures of a bat/squirrel problem, and how they could be getting in. Jeff said he would make an estimate and set up a date for remediation, which we said we were anxious to have resolved. As of today, 8/6/22, I have not received an estimate or a date for pest remediation. Every time we called, the receptionist said they were booking out later and later but still wouldn't give us the estimate or the date. After a month the receptionist told me to be patient!

    At this point I just want to be refunded, I'm calling someone else. I'm prepared to leave negative reviews.

    We apologize for the delay on sending out an estimate. We have been experiencing a personnel shortage like most businesses and have been stretched thin. We emailed an estimate over a month ago and have not heard back until we received this complaint. We called and left a voicemail and re-sent the estimate but had not received a response. We also refunded the inspection fee per your request.
