    On February 22 2024 within the hours of 10:40 a.m. and 10:50 a.m. they came to exterminate my apartment I let the exterminator in after that I received a copy of his findings the copy of his findings was done on February 22 24 he lied on my report saying that my apartment was extremely cluttered which it's not he said in my apartment I was using poison for the mouses which is not true he said my pantry had unsealed food and open bags he also said that I had dead mices in my freezer which this was not true this is the report that he send it to **** ******** housing authority and to the city of **** ******** this is a complete lie I do not have mice poisoning in my house I have a service animal and his food is picked up everyday I don't understand why he would lie I called the company at the phone number ###-###-#### to speak to a supervisor I was told at the time that there was no supervisor they took my information it is April 5th and still nobody has gotten back in touch with me I don't understand how people in positions that we trust to come into our apartment can boldly lie about situations that does not occur how does he know I have mouses in my freezer did he look in my freezer did he search he also said that the mices were living in the boxes that I have neatly stacked did he look in the boxes to find out if mices were there I still am waiting for a call back I can say the Exterminator was respectful but his report reflects a total lie
