    I paid $137 for pepper and tomato starts after my seedlings were killed by unseasonably cold weather. That was two weeks ago. Not only have they not shipped, but any attempt to contact the listed email only returns a auto responder, and no other means of communication have been successful. They have links to a Facebook and Instagram page, but the fb page doesn't exist anymore and the Instagram account doesn't reply to messages. The phone number listed similarly returns a "the Google subsciber you've called is not available" message. I've emailed them 19 times over two months, never receiving a response. This is a scam.

    It’s a scam. Do not buy from this website or this person. Never received what I ordered. They will not contact you or give you a refund. Scam

    Ordered tomato plant in January for delivery in mid-May. Now May 21, no delivery, no indication of shipping date and no response to e-mail or phone calls

    I placed an order with Matt's Patch on March 26, 2025 and paid in full with my credit card which was charged that same day. I never received any type of order confirmation. I emailed them a week ago for a status update, and called the listed number this past weekend, with no response. I emailed them again this morning, and really don't expect a response. The website no longer shows any products available, their FB page is down. Not sure if anyone has had any success reaching out to them, but I feel the general public should know about this. Perhaps they are experiencing financial difficulties, but at the very least, they should respond to their customers. I will be contacting my credit card company next. Thank you, ***** ****** ********** ** *****
