    I chose the wrong option on the order form and when I called, I expected to be charged all over again. The nice girl I spoke with offered to swap out the packages and did not charge me again to do so. She sent me the package in the mail, so I didn't have to go there to pick it up. Not only that, she was able to get me my other children's ordering information so that I could purchase their older picture. Extremely helpful on the phone.

    If my school district didn’t use this company for school pictures I would avoid them like the plague. Every year I have to call and complain because my daughter ends up with a large blob behind her head. My daughter is disabled and uses a wheel chair. I choose a background for the pictures and G & B is supposed to blend the background so the wheel chair is faded out of the picture. Every year they fail to do so and I have to go through the process of calling to complain. Not only is it time consuming because no one likes to answer the phone, you have to wait weeks to get your order completed. There is no rush on their part. Also, all they do is blame the lab. They now have a create a ticket via internet customer service system via the net. They did that so they don’t have to talk to all the upset customers. It doesn’t make things any better. This year when I received my order after said blob mistake my daughter’s skin tone was yellowish. She looked like she had the flu. The customer service rep said I needed to pick another background. So apparently You can’t blend backgrounds in photos and certain backgrounds make you look sick. Another year without photos for the holidays and now we are into February and we still can’t get the pictures right. What is it that G & B photography does? It’s not taking pictures. If it’s the lab, you should get a new one. Your name is on the line.

    When mom called on December 22, 2024 and asked that we edit out the wheelchair from the photo we did so and we refunded her the full purchase price. However, as this is not a normal task, we realized the importance, so we took the time to manually remove the wheelchair and cropped out her daughter's hand that mom requested not be in the photo. We were closed from December 23-January 3 for the holiday. That week plus the fact that this is out of the norm, the time frame of editing was extended. Mom purchased her package with a light yellow/green floral background which combined with a pale skin tone washed the child out. When mom called, we explained that we can use any of our other 300 background choices and we gave recommendations that would make the child look less pale. Mom refused. We did let her know we will gladly reorder any photos that mom wants with a different background of her satisfaction and she would have them in one week. Our customer service department offices on the phone contact M-F 8-74, online chat M-F 8-4 and an online send ticket that can be utilized at anytime and responses are made with in 48 hours on average. We apologize that mom is not satisfied. We removed the hand and wheelchair to the best of our abilities.

    My daughter gave the person working at the school her order form with cash for the package we selected for her school pictures. They not only lost the order form and cash but are acting as if we are lying or that it is our fault. Now I will not get pictures for my daughter this year. I will never use this company again. They robbed me of this years picture memory, and the cash that I sent for the pictures.

    Mom reached out on 11/9/23 stating that she believes the packages was $39 or $36 and was told that she hadn't paid. Customer service told her that we did not have an order form turned in. Mom said that the daughter told her that she handed it in to the man that was working on picture day. Our schedule only had females working that day. The mom then told us that the daughter handed in to the teacher and the teacher handed into the "man." Yet again no men were working on our staff that day. We asked for the teacher's name so we could reach out and see if they had it and mom refused to give us that information. Mom then said it was $39 in cash with $4 all in quarters (we do not have a $39 package on their school's flyer) We explained again we didn't have an order form and to double check with the school since we weren't being given a teacher's name. The school didn't have it. We offered a complimentary package and mom never responded.
