    5/4/22 - Buyer's order was placed for 2 *** ** ******.
    Bikes would have to be ordered because they were not in stock nor available to dealership due to supply shortage.
    Deposit of $1,000 for both bikes under the agreement that these would have to be financed and credit would be run once bikes came in (projected for arrival date in July 22)
    We were told at the time, over the phone, that the deposit would be refundable if the deal did not go through. So we agreed to give the deposit and the credit card was charged on May 4, 2022.
    Received a call in July that the bikes were going to arrive.
    Emails were sent to fill out credit applications.
    Credit applications (2 of them, one for each bike) were declined, resulting in financing falling through,
    I was told over the phone that my deposit would be returned within a few business days.
    Credit was never received.
    Called multiple times, the week of July 18th. Left several messages and called other times when closed.
    Reached them on 7/28/22 to be told that they would not be returning the deposit as it is non-refundable.
