    I never received my product or a refund. The company has a fake phone number on their website. They do not respond to their customer's emails. They gave me tracking number indicating the product was never shipped. It's been over a month. The product was never shipped. I was never responded to and I am unable to reach a human. I would like a refund.

    I ordered a jersey for my daughter's birthday and it never arrived. Their number is always busy and the emails do not get returned.

    I ordered a jersey from this company and I was told the Jersey was shipped Oct 3 to my address using the ************************** by **** tracking number. This # was never entered into **** site and the supplier is asking me to wait for a package that was never shipped. I emailed them a few times with no response and the phone # they have listed is incorrect.

    The address they are using on the website is invalid due to I sent someone to the door and the business does not exist out of this house. I am looking for a full refund and hope with Business site is removed and they never are able to steal money from another customer.

    I placed an order on 9/2/23. I received an email on 9/3/23 acknowledging the receipt of the order, the email also stated that I would receive tracking information once my item shipped. Expected delivery was 6-10 business days. Also on 9/3/23 I received an email stating that my order was complete. This email contained no tracking info. On 9/7/23 I emailed them asking if my order had shipped, to which there was no response. 9/12/23 I received an email with tracking info. It is now 9/22/23 and per the tracking, my item has not been picked up by **** yet. Anatole will only communicate via ** *********. When I asked about my order, they simply gave me the tracking number. This is useless to me until they actually send the item out. I asked for a refund and have received no response. I just "donated" $80 to these scammers.

    How long do I have to wait? It's now Oct 15th, my order placed Sept 2, still has not shipped. I have reached out multiple times to the seller asking for a refund with no response. This is is theft.

    It's now Oct 23. I still have not received the item nor the refund that I am seeking.  This seller has not responded to me, to ****** or to you. How can I get my money back? Unfortunately hind sight is 20/20 as I have found this company is a scam and has done this to many others....taking money and never delivering the items purchased. What exactly is the point of filing a claim with the BBB or ****** if neither will help?

    Purchased an item from the website. Upon recieving the product it was evident that the quality did not match the pictured and was misleading. Upon reaching out to merchant they responded “ Hi ****,

    Thank you for your email.
    Can you please provide us some pictures of the product that you received? It will help to investigate that case faster and we can chase the production team if it's their problem.
    ” Once the pictures was sent they proceeded to reply that “ Hi ****,

    You may find our jerseys are priced higher than the market price with the desire to deliver jerseys that match the description. We found this jersey to have been manufactured to the right proportions. Their quality may not be apparent to the naked eye”. I have continued to reach out requesting a refund and have not heard back from the merchant for almost a week now
