    I bought a size 10.5 ****** shoes from a company cashed Byziv. This was months and months ago and I never receive anything at all. I failed to write down the order # but I do have screen shots of the order itself being paid for. I either want the shoes or a total refund. They’re website said it dangerous and won’t open at all now.

    I ordered **** **** dog treats from this company, Byziv, which had them advertised. My order # is ******. I paid with my debit card..Their phone is constantly busy and I have emailed them 3 times. They do not respond. I paid a total of $12.40 and would like my money back.

    On 02/18/2023 I went online to search for **** variety ***** dog treats. I found them on website and ordered. I got a confirmation and that's it. I have emailed several times asking for update with no response. I either want the product or my money back. Here is the email I received after I placed order.

    I ordered a bag of dry dog food from Byziv Order number ****** on 15 Feb 2023 and still haven’t received my order. I have sent a few correspondences to Byziv to please refund my purchase instead I have received a reply on 24 Feb 2023 they claim my order got lost in shipping and they shipped another bag and claiming they will refund me my shipping. I was ok with this just as long I received my order; I asked for a tracking number and haven’t gotten a response. It’s now 28 Feb 2023 I still haven’t received my order or gotten a response with a tracking number. I requested to be refunded for my entire order again on 28 Feb 2023.
