    I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Northern Lights I visited the store with friends, and we encountered several issues that left us dissatisfied and frustrated.
    Firstly, upon entering, I was asked for ID even though I did not make a purchase. ?? This seemed unnecessary and gave the impression that they were more interested in something other than customer service. What cause we look “underage” as you said…
    My friends proceeded with their purchase & ID’s, but when they unwrapped the dab rig outside the store and showed me, water splattered out unexpectedly. This was both messy and inconvenient. Who leaves water in a piece of glass? Dry it and wrap it up!?? To add on, one of my friends mentioned encountering some rude behavior from one of the workers, which made the whole experience unpleasant. He seemed mad to be selling to them. This is particularly disappointing because we had previously visited without any issues which was awesome. We should feel welcomed! We are there for what we need!
    It's evident that since the arrival of a new staff members (bald gentleman), the atmosphere and service quality have declined significantly. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to improve the overall customer experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit I can only give Northern Lights one star. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously to prevent similar experiences for future customers.????
