      I contracted with this business starting in August 2023 and from the onset Saleman and Owner Wendall Turpin has con me. His displayed unfair and deceptive business practice, lied and I got a poor quality measured and installed countertops. From the beginning, Wendall continuous was not truthful and the time the windows and counters would be install. We he first came to my home I ordered windows and countertops from him specifically because he promised to have the windows order and installed in a couple of weeks. weeks turned in to a month. Just like the windows, he promised that after he took the measurements that I would have my counter tops back in a week because he stated that he had these high tech machines that takes perfect measurements and it would get my countertops back in a week. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. WENDALL INTENTIONALLY LIED TO GET MY BUSINESS. He know that the windows nor the countertop would be back quick. When it was time to get the window back he continuous blamed the delay of the company. When it was time to get the countertops back he continuous blamed the guy that measured the countertop stating the delay was on them. from the time I paid for the countertop on 10/18, Wendell knew that I was get my kitchen re-done and time was of the essence. he strung me along. He claimed that as soon a the cold countertops were taken up that he would have my new countertops back in in an week.I did not get my counter tops until 11/22 and when they came into install they did a horrible job. The scheme in the panda countertop was very noticeable . it's about a 2 foot line all the way down the countertops. there was 2 inwraps all around the counter top. the gap was so wide that my 8x8 tile falls right through it. I called emailed him about the poor quality took pictures and paid my Contracter to fix the gap situation. there's no way to fix the scheme situation. my countertop is panda , which is a statement piece and it makes my would kitchen look second hand because of his poor work. He promised me that he would try to get me money back but he stop taking my calls.
