      Ben is a ripoff. he did a patio and side walk. just after around a year later. the side walk started cracking. the polymer sand on the patio started to fail. he told me its not that bad. wait 2 years to replace polymer sand. when i tryied to call him. I was told that he didn't need to here the phone ring at 6AM when he was trying to spend time with his fiance and dogs. When I was paying him 37,000.00 dollars he would take my calls anytime I called. Then he told me after 5 atemps to talk to him. That he didn't rework polymer sand on patios. He is rude and disrespectfull. I am now stuck with his bad work and trying to find someone else to correct his mistakes. he wouldn't even tell me the brand or color of the polymer sand. I do not recommend his services to anyone. Stay away he will suck you hin and leave you picking up the pieces. Signed *** *******
