    I placed a very large order and I called because I haven’t received it in two weeks. They said that the order has been canceled by them, but did not give me a reason. They did take my money however. I placed another order to give them another chance and two weeks went by without hearing anything so I called. They said that it would be shipped within four days eight days later I called and they said that it’s been postponed and it’s not gonna be in production for another two weeks. No communication at all about this no responsibility and no apologies. I will never use this company again. I highly recommend you go smiles.

    We are very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience regarding your order. It appears that the message from your call on 7/3 was not communicated to your account manager. They only received the system-generated email requesting cancellation, which led to the misunderstanding.
    Unfortunately, we were not aware that you still wanted and expected the items until you reached out again. We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and any frustration this has caused.
    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are committed to improving our process to prevent this from happening in the future.

    Placed an order late June for arrival 7/11. Was alerted 7/15 (after checking in on order progress) that the order did not go out due to lack of supplies.
    I have called customer service, looking for an answer/work around. Have not heard back from the 'account manager' nor any follow up from either customer service people that I spoke too, no call back and no reply to emails.
    Would not recommend.

We also understand your frustration regarding the lack of communication and follow-up, and we are actively addressing this with our team.

    Definitely 5 stars from me for quality, communication, cost, selection, and artistry. I have received my order in plenty of time before our event and I'm very impressed with the quality of the products! The art person/team took good care with our artwork and logo! They made our totes look great and I'm very sure they will be a hit! I've been using one of the shopping totes for several days now to kind of give it a test run, and the imprint has stayed nicely! (I've been given totes in the past and little white dots flake off so easily... not this one!!) My representative was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or needs that I had. (It was awesome that I was assigned one designated actual human that stuck with me from beginning to end!) I will definitely recommend 4AllPromos any time our group wants customized items in the future! Thank you!

    After looking at lots of options, we recently purchased custom golf umbrellas from 4AllPromos. They worked with us to design custom graphics on a high quality umbrella for our high school athletic booster association. Courtney and their sales team, artists, and production team did a great job and were very timely in getting us our first order of 96 umbrellas. They did a great job, thank you!!

    Terrible. 4 All Promos collected $900 from my credit card and followed up with on time delivery timing. When delivery window was missed I contacted company 2 days later and was told item was never produced. Had to dispute charge on my credit card.

    Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay and the confusion regarding your order. Due to unforeseen delays in quality testing at our facility, the aromatherapy spray production was held up longer than expected. Additionally, the business cards faced stock shortages, and the seed paper components were delayed because of seasonal restocking. These factors combined led to the unfortunate delay in fulfilling your order.
    We understand how frustrating it is to have a delivery window missed without prior notice. Please know that we processed refunds promptly once the issues were identified, but depending on your credit card provider, it can take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    Ordered 339 water bottles for our school. 309 were printed on th seam but at least the logo was there and in tact. 30 bottles completely not usable do to damaged logos or missing logos all together. Emailed CS with a reply for 2 departments within 5 hours so I was hopeful. I waited days and called them. Was told that they are crazy busy, no excuse but let's give some grace. Here we are another week has passed and now no one is answering the phone.
    Finally i was avle to connect and was told that later that afternoon or definitely by Friday morning, i would have tracking on a new order. Friday morning came and went with no tracking and we waited until 3pm. We had to leave out of town for a wedding, 32 miles into our trip, *** arrives with order. So we had turn around, if the company had provided tracking as they promised, we would not have missed the rehearsal dinner. Once we returned, I inspected the new order, EVEN MORE MISPRINTS! In total, of 660 bottles, 62 were miss printed or missing logos completely.
    After looking through their FB page, seems as though they do not care schools! And finally, shipping charges are astronomically high! I had 330 shirts shipped from the west coast for free beacuse they valued such a large order. We are on the east coast just like 4AllPromos charged $120 for plastic bottles!

    We would like to sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with your recent order of water bottles. We understand how frustrating it must have been to miss the rehearsal dinner due to the untimely delivery of the products. We were under the impression that your order was needed before April 4th for an event on April 8th, and we did not realize that you had an important event on March 21st that would be affected by the *** delivery.
    Regarding the ongoing quality issues with the replacement order, we are truly sorry for the additional misprints and missing logos you experienced. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will address these issues to prevent them from occurring in the future.
    We also acknowledge your concerns about shipping costs. While UPS determines the rates based on box dimensions and distance, we understand your dissatisfaction with the charges.
    To rectify this situation, a full refund has been issued for the order, and the products were donated to a local school by the recipient. We appreciate your feedback and will address these matters to improve our service.

    To make a long story short: I ordered a sample of a tote bag and liked it very much. I submitted my artwork and approved the proof. I then placed the order on the website. Nothing happened (no receipt, invoice). So I contacted the "account manager" I had been corresponding with. He responded that he "fixed it and pushed this along." My credit card was charged. The following day I was told that the totes in the colour I ordered were out of stock and would not be available again. So I looked through the bag selection again and asked for samples of 4 other bags so I could verify that they would work for my purposes. I'm eventually told that 2 of the 4 are available in the colour I want. Then I wait. Days later, I ask AGAIN for the samples so I can proceed with my order. I'm told they had been shipped. In the meanwhile, my payment had been refunded. Three weeks later, I never received the other samples (that were obviously NOT sent) and the "account manager" doesn't even respond to inquiries. I was therefore unable to buy anything from this company. It's really quite absurd. Very flaky and unprofessional.

    Oh do tell. Placing an order with your company for 50 tote bags with my logo on it is "highly suspicious" HOW, exactly? I continue to be amazed at the way you treat customers.
