    Serlin International Limousine behaved very unethically. I was told that the fee would be $300. I requested a large van due to the luggage. I was told it would cost a little bit more, not $1,100. This is a large amount of money that this company had the audacity to charge to my credit card without my permission, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!!!!! The correct thing would have been to communicate that to me and the reasons why before doing it. They had all my pertinent information. When I checked my credit card, the amount of $300 was "pending". The amount of $1,100 had been charged instead. This was NEVER AGREED. If they had notified me that the price would be $1,100 I would have NEVER accepted their service. They almost tripled the original charge and thought that the best way to to handle this was by NOT letting me know ahead of time, but just charging my credit card. A very UNETHICAL and PREDATORY behavior. I contacted the manager. Expressed my disagreement and made it clear that I would proceed to place a formal complain to the BBB and to the Department of Consumer Protection, which I will proceed to do soon. The answer I got from the manager at that time was that the amount charged was correct. He didn't address the reason why I was not informed in a timely manner about this ridiculous price. Is this the norm for this company? This is way UNETHICAL, PREDATORY and ABUSIVE, they took advantage because I had already given my credit card number. This is NOT right. Management is not following ethical procedures, this is NOT how you do business with the public.
