    In Jan I reached out to the tech team to replace my *** **** computer screen they replaced it as the screen was blacked out on the side. In the beginning of march i was doing a presentation and there was something on my screen so i wiped it away and the next thing i see is that my screen on the side is blacked out simpler to how it was before. I reach out to the tech team immediately after and explained to them what happened the person on the phone said sometimes they get faulty screens and for me to come in and they would replace it for free. I explained that i wasn't currently in the country as i go to medical school in ******* but i can see if i can ship it to them the person told me to call back the next day to talk to the manager to see what they can do. I had an exam coming up so i didn't call until the following week. I tried calling them with no response so i emailed them in wise the person told me that they would not replace my screen as it was physical damage and i explained to them what the pervious person told me as well as i have a bunch of witnesses that can attest there was no damage done to the phone it just went black after a while they stopped responding to me. So i left a ****** review that the owner say and tried to offer me a small discount if i wanted to get it fixed with them. I paid a deposit fee I'm not sure of the amount it was maybe 20 or 50 plus the balance which was 237.15. I would like a refund since they will not fix my screen after acknowledging that they do get faulty screens if i was home they would have fixed my screen that same day i called but because i am overseas now it has turned into they will not fix it and i would have to pay.

    The customer damaged the computer again 2 months later and we offered to repair the computer once again at a fraction of the price but customer declined. We said we will do it for $100 ONLY! Which is less than HALF of the PART cost FREE LABOR and she declined. She is just looking for a free repair for her own mistake. She hit something off the screen, damaged it, and is trying to blame us. She texted us 2 months later about the issue. When she left the store with the laptop it was perfectly fine. My employee mentioned it may be a faulty part BUT we would need a photo to verify. Upon looking at the photo it was physically damaged and it was clear where the point of impact was.
