    On April 18, 2025 Marsillios Appliance & TV delivered a damaged ***** Electric Range. Marsillios Appliance & TV is refusing to deliver and install the free replacement Electric Range now being provided by *****US until I pay $2235.34 plus delivery for the free replacement Electric Range.
    Email dated June 28, 2025, from *****US states I am the owner (not Marsillios Appliance & TV) of the free replacement ***** Electric Range scheduled to arrive at Marsillios Appliance & TV the week of July 7, 2025.
    According to my conversation with *****US on June 27, 2025, Marsillios Appliance & TV is required to deliver and install the free replacement ***** Electric Range to me at no cost. Marsillios Appliance & TV has been fully compensated by *****US for the free replacement ***** Electric Range; therefore, Marsillios Appliance & TV cannot demand I pay $2234.35 for the free replacement Electric Range.

    Dear Whom it may concern,

    I am writing to follow up on a customer issue. Attached is a copy of an email sent to the client regarding an exchange.


    The client placed a stop payment on her **** card after the manufacturer initially offered a repair for her unit, which she declined. As a result, the funds for the original range were debited from our account.


    We informed her that we are happy to exchange the range once the stop payment on her **** card is reversed and the funds are released to us. If the hold on her credit card is not canceled, we will proceed with simply taking the original range back.


    We have attempted to reach the client by phone but have been unsuccessful, as she is difficult to contact.


    Thank you for your attention to this matter.
