    Ronald R******* in 2016 sold me a new construction home. He insisted on being my contractor and broker. He knew my situation and said it would be no deal if I didn't agree. Boy did I make the biggest mistake of my life. This house is so badly built. Its not even 10 years old and has major plumbing, hardware and foundation issues. My windows and roof and framing is all particle board so everything has imploded, blew up like a sponge, the wood around my windows is rotted, water leaks through the roof into the walls. The gutters were built to where the water drains in each window directly into the house. The stairs leading into the house wood is rotted, the kitchen floor wood under tile near refrigerator is sinking in, the plumbing leaks throughout the ceilings downstairs, its a nightmare. I don't know what to do, I was a first time homebuyer desperate and he really did a number on me,. This is just some of the things wrong with this house, there's so much more. At this point I don't care anymore, my mental Health is bad currently due to the state of this home. I pray this goes away I don't want to live anymore
