      I sent 17.2 lbs of sterling silver (roughly 7k at that time) to a Mr. Fried. When I thought the weight would be lower, he quoted 6k. What I got was slightly more than 4k. So much for 90% of the market. It was all silver bought from Rio Grande, and a sterling solid silverware set. Fried suggested my miscalculation between normal ounces (16 to a lb.) and troy ounces (14.78 ounces to a pound), which would never account for the difference, of course.|
      I'd left directions in the box sent to call me before settling. He never did. You see, the trick here is when he tells you he already sent a check for $4156, but which I still haven't received in business days, so that 4156 wasn't a cut check yet, but the number given is to make it all seem like a done deal.
      I highly recommend finding a different company to do business with. These are rip-off artists.

      I was impressed by the excellent communication, how much I got for my metals, and the turn around time was also impressive. Would do business with them again, and recommend to anyone looking for this type of service.
