      I brought my phone for a simple screen repair. My screen had been broken for a few weeks.

      Everything on my phone was working just fine before I brought my phone in for a repair of the screen.

      The employee told me 30-40 minutes and they will have my phone screen fixed.

      It was closer to an hour. I didn’t think much of it but there were other phones getting repaired and the phone was in pieces when I came to check in.

      I paid for the service. I get home and realized that my speakers were not working. I could not hear anyone on the other end of the phone and my outer speakers were broken. I gave them a review and got a response saying to bring it back- that they would take care of it.

      I returned the next day (01/03/25) and told them that I did not have this problem when I dropped my phone off to them.


      After an hour and a half of them playing with the pieces in my phone they said they needed to order a new part and it would be in on Tuesday 01/08/25. I returned Tuesday evening. After 20 minutes of them working on my phone they said that it was not their fault and they can’t fix it.

      It’s a phone fixing kiosk! Their name is “Fix Phone”. There was no other issue with my phone other than the cracked screen.

      The employee would not give me the manager’s name or information.
