    I am a patient of this clinic for more than 10 years. Last September, I went in for a routine check up and got a bill for $395 while I never needed to pay anything before on top of his vision insurance. We called the office and was told some advanced procedures were done but the problem is nothing was told in advance. Furthermore, no claims were ever made to the vision insurance at all We called both our vision and medical insurances and was told to all claims should go thru vision insurance first. We called the clinic office back twice and was told they will be working on it and yet so far after 7 months no vision insurance claim has been filed and we continue to receive their bill. It is very disappointing and frustrated.
