    This company will leave you stranded in town with no way to get home. That's what they did to me today. 12-12-24. And this isn't the first time either, but last time they did finally show up 4 hours after my scheduled pick up time. I couldn't find the business information to complain to the BBB before but I did call my insurance company and complained. This company should be shut down!

    ABSOLUTE TRASH! this is a medical transportation company calles SKY TRANSPORTATION LLC and is used via medicaid/medicare/private insurance to take patients to doctors appts. My son had an appt in ****** today, 08/30/23, and we live in **** ****** This trip was pediatric neurology, in which we have waited SEVEN MONTHS to get in!!!!! The pick up was 11 am (i scheduled this trip 2 weeks in advance) and a sleepy driver calls me at 1030 asking me if i still was going. I said yes. He says weather is bad . I said no, i have a play by play and zero rain entire two hours. Just overcast and 10% chance slight drizzle. Then he says he is on way. Next thing i know at 11 on dot some woman that spoke horrible and barely understandable english calls me to say driver isnt coming and call insurance!! What!?! This driver ruined something so important for my sick child and just gets to go about his day and we are left upset and my son screwed. Terrible service. If you get this text saying they are picking u up, CALL INSURANCE IMMEDIATELY IF U CHOOSE AND REQUEST A NEW TRANSPORTATION COMPANY !!!!! they will leave u screwed and stranded!
