    This company has had my car for 4 months to replace the transmission and says every week or so that it’ll be done and it’s still not done. They left a voicemail 2 weeks ago saying it would be done and no one has called about it. I’ve called almost everyday and left voicemails stating I would like an update and to be able to get my car back, and that id like a call back. I have not received a call back and it only goes to voicemail now when I call. A month or two ago they told me they ordered another part for my car but didn’t state what. After that they stated they need another transmission to finish the job because the first didn’t work. I would like my car fixed and back.

    I brought my 2016 *** **** in for a repair/replacement if the transfer case with the provided part. It has been sitting untouched in the shop on a lift for over 2 months. It was towed to the shop a couple days before Christmas December 2022. I have unsuccessfully tried to get the repair completed and each day he gives me excuses and tells me that it will be done "By the end of the day". I have waited nearly 3 months for a job that takes a few hours and it is taken apart on a lift so I cannot even get it to another repair shop. I need my car and his business needs to be held accountable for this. The Owners name is William. The lift that my vehicle is on has caused damaged to the side skirt as you can see in the photos as well. I am so very frustrated and need help asap.
