    I was looking to get an free annual credit report. I made the mistake of not reading the fine print and was charged $39 for additional "identity protection" services. I contacted them to cancel and get a refund, but wouldn't allow me to get a refund after cancelling membership 1 day after the 7 day "grace" period. This Company claims to help protect with identify theft and other customer service, but they use fine print tactics to entrap people into contracts. They are Corporate leeches and other choice words that I won't use in this forum.

    If I could give a zero-star review I would. DO NOT trust this website!! I found a job through LinkedIn that I thought was legit. These people were pretending to be a very big and well-known company. I received an email from the company saying they wanted to move forward with my application and then sent me a link to check my credit score (which isn't entirely abnormal for a company to ask for). However, this website is not legit by any means and I was able to catch it before entering in my information.

    I never received a welcome email and they started charging me a fee every month. I was under the impression that their service was free. I never received a report that they stated would be emailed to me. Tried to cancel the membership via email. No luck! So I called. She told me that I was only allowed a 1 month refund as it states on their welcome email that I had 7 days to respond. After being on the phone with she for 20 minutes I finally got them to cancel my membership and refund all 3 months. I told them I never received an email from but it didn't make a difference! I would never recommend using this company!

    A predatory business scam. They set up an underpriced room on Craigslist with good little story. They insist on phone number exchange. Then after some texted questions, they insist on credit check through a web address that cross-links to “clickfreescore.com”. Then you are trapped like all the other complaints.

    All they are is a spam email fountain. I've gotten thousands of them over the last 2 months, and they won't stop sending them. I'm sick of their shady operations, and they need to be shut down. There is no way to unsubscribe successfully.

    Was forced to use this website for a job application (for some reason). I understand it is a scam now, but I did not at the time, this business is almost entirely illegitimate. They give the service they advertise but force you into an automatic subscription. Cancelling cannot be done online, you are forced to use a call center, which of course, is not 24/7 accessible.

    I sign up at freescore.com for $1.00 I cancel it, within 3day which I don't have a credit score . So there no need to check any more but free credit score still charge me the follow month of $39.90. I call ,rebot claim that I did not cancel before 7 day and I did not get a chance to tell this to their rebot , because rebot can not understand that kind of language I want my refund plus you can't find their numbers easy
