I requested a certain service, was told my dog was going to be trained, and his bad behaviors would be addressed. His bad behavior behaviors were ignored, and he was given food to do commands. He already knew. I tried to contact this company and see how my dog was doing. I did not get a response for three days! Was given no reason why it was a human error. And it was a holiday weekend which I gave leeway for, but I had to call them about 10 times the next day to get an answer. Also, after my dog came home aggressive, and worse than he went, there’s no responsibility taken or explanation given. It was blamed on me and I was refused to give a refund to, or any reimbursement even for the home lessons I was refusing because the treatment method was inhumane. They wanted me to confine my dog for 24 hours a day! With a leash or crate, and he couldn’t go around with their dogs or people. How is this training? I feel I’ve been ripped off completely, I just want this business looked into for their legitimacy. These are not dog trainers. They are giving dogs treats to sit down. That is not training because my dog came home worse than when he went. I’ve contacted ****** ******* because I feel my dog was completely neglected by the depressed nature of him when he came home. I hope this can be looked into.
