      This complaint is against Glastonbury, CT Healthtrax. Our family got this membership solely for the purpose of using the swimming pool. Their system is to reserve a time slot 48 hrs before on their app. However, employees are taking the reservations over the phone for "some" members more than 48 hrs before. Therefore, when the actual "app reservation* opens up, no slots are available.
      One employee admitted this over the phone (on Saturday 01/13/23 at 3 PM) when we called to find out why all slots are full even before the reservation opened. We contacted the office on Monday stating we'd like to speak with the manager about this issue as this using the system incorrectly. Instead of the manager, Alex (membership head) called us back. When we explained the whole situation, he said that the employee who admitted to booking the slots more than 48hrs before, works only 2 Saturdays a month and was lying. He was very rude and also didn't let us speak after we mentioned about over the phone reservations. We asked why would she lie and how do we know that she wasn't lying but he might be, he hung up the phone.
      We would like a formal apology from Alex for being rude and hanging up the phone. We would also like monetary compensation for inconvenience and this should go without saying, we would like the employees to stop using the system wrongfully and stop reservations over the phone.
