Me and my partner both had the same experience as all the other reviewers she just closed her business without notifying of any patients. Turns out my friend who was a new mom had the same experience with her. She told my partner he could never heal his low testosterone levels. Not very encouraging. She didn't have a lot of patience it seemed during visits.

Sweet talking lady but halfway through my treatment program, the business just up and closed. Been sending emails, calls etc but never once had a reply. Spent around $5000 so far for a program that was useless!! All I got was a lousy email saying the business was closing with no further contact . Can't get the products for my treatment. I honestly think I was scammed but I will wait to see if any collection agency contacts me. She was too good to be true.

This practice just closed down with no warning! No returned calls back to me or other providers trying to reach the practice.

I pre-paid for a treatment program. Halfway thru the treatment the center closed down. Left a handwritten sign on the door and initially e-mailed me. I've emailed several times asking for a refund without results. Unbelievable!

I don't usually write bad reviews. I was told the primary care nurse practitioner treated a condition I have. Her name is Alina S********* I waited a month for an appointment and was pleased with the first visit. I went back a second time. I provided proof I had the condition and had been treated for it. She told me she called in prescriptions for me. Nothing at the pharmacy. I went back and was told later that evening or next morning. Nothing was at the pharmacy the next day. I went back again. She told me I had not had any medication/treatment in over a year. Untrue. I showed proof. I was left with no prescription medication that I need every day. She didn't even see the seriousness of this. I also need to file both ethics and discrimination complaints. Do not go to this office for primary care. I wouldn't recommend it for anything else. The office staff just went along with and said they didn't know anything.
