      We went there to have our family trust revised because our son had turned 21 y/o. I the process we felt we got tricked into signing a document that let them charge our credit card on a regular basis some thing we didn’t agree on. We didn’t agree on any add ons. And yet we were told we did. We did not give them permission to store our credit card info and yet they did. Be wary of this company.

      The client signed a credit card authorization form allowing us to charge her credit card once each year after sending her updated legal documents. She received those documents in February 2024 along with a letter advising her that her credit card would be charged within two weeks of her receipt of the documents. After her credit card was charged, she called to say she didn’t want the documents and wanted to cancel. She was told in order to cancel she must return the unsigned original documents and we would be happy to refund the amount charged and cancel her membership for the future. After the client called, we sent her a copy of the authorization form signed by her husband to assure her that the charge was legitimate. We have tried on several occasions to contact the client and even offered to pick up the documents so we could issue the refund. She has not returned our calls and has not returned the documents.
