      VIB07 is a scam. VIB07 sends customers an order number, sends emails apologizing for the many weeks of delays, then ultimately gives customers a FEDEX tracking number which is not connected with VIB07. VIB07 will claim the delivery was completed. FEDEX stated the tracking number is not connected to VIB07. I have a history of emails to submit to relevant authorities. VIB07 is fraud apparently overseas.

      This is not a real company and they are full of crap! They will take your money and feed you a bunch of lies and then not respond! They gave me someone else's tracking number. I called FedEx with the tracking number and it went to someone else's package and address. Complete fraud!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

      Total scam! They ship your item it says delivered but have it rerouted! ***** won’t do anything about it because they say my address isn’t the address on file for that tracking number. They send a fake pic for period of delivery too my cameras even show nothing was delivered. No one will do anything about it!

      This company is a scam. I ordered the Vib 07 beginning of September. I emailed them multiple times because of the delay on shipment and they did respond stating they were having shipping delays.
      My last emails from them stated that it had been shipped and it did get delivered, but it was delivered to ********* *** ******** ********* and I live on the North Shore of ************** not even close to where I live! I have reached out numerous times since and now I am not getting any responses. They took $200 from me and now they are ignoring my emails!

      I ordered the VIB07 plate 2 months ago and it was finally delivered on 11-12-24 but it was delivered to an address in Coatesville, PA and I live in ************* *** I repeatedly sent 6-7 emails to the company to make them aware of the error so they can correct it and they failed to respond. Apparently there was a mix up in the shipping labels. A response from them would be courteous. I can’t help to feel like I was scammed out of $199.99. I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but the company don’t even respond to them. I’m feeling defeated.??

      On September 13 2024 I ordered the vibration plate from this company and today they claimed it was delivered only it was sent to Syracuse, New York why I don’t know I’ve been emailing and calling since the beginning of October no one has yet to respond to me regarding this order

      Same as all the other complaints. They keep promising expedited shipping but have yet to ship. Thankfully, I was doing it through payment plans so they only got $55 out of me and they will not get another dime. I had to get a firm involved because that’s who I’m paying the money through. It has almost been a month since they promised to ship.
