The customer failed to recognize that this particular tee was in a pre-order status and would not be shipped until after the pre-order period had expired on December 18th and the tees were then printed.  **** Please see attached clip from web page explaining in bold red letters that the tee was a pre-order and would not be shipped until after the pre-order period ended.

The customer had emailed us on December 17th which leads me to believe that she missed the description on our web-page stating that the tees were in a pre-order status until December 18th.  We are a small family company and were busy with the last minute Christmas rush and although I tried to answer all the emails that week, I unknowingly missed her email.  She then emailed us again on December 23rd, the Saturday before Christmas, threatening to go to BBB, which obviously, she did.  Again, we are a very small family operation and I apologize that I missed her first email and was preparing for Christmas on the 23rd, but frankly the week before Christmas is very busy for most in retail, and I feel it's a little unjust to get upset if the email sent the week before Christmas hadn't been answered right away, especially for a small mom & pop operation.  I responded to her email on December 26th with absolutely no response back from *********. In fact, I tried to call her personally, but got her voice mail, so I responded to her email and explained that the tees were pre-order, clearly marked on our web page, and that they would be printed that week.  Again, no response from *********. Since, that time, as promised, the tees have been printed and *********'s tee was shipped and received according to the ****.
