      I have had numerous issues with this business . I stated up front that I was looking for a sewing machine to specifically sew rope baskets and heavy blankets and quilts. They assured me the machine I bought would handle this type of work, The machine malfunctions when I sew these items. It is not a strong enough to handle heavy work. I was told by several technicians the machine is not the correct machine to sew these items. It stresses the machine and sends a signal to the computer which shuts down the machine. It has been in and out of their shop. I was told by a professional who has worked on this brand of machine for 25 years that “ they sold you the wrong machine for what your trying to sew “.
      Today I went to pick up my machine and they wanted to charge me more money $287 for service and cleaning the machine. I explained it is 6 months old and I never authorized them to service it nor did they call me about service and I can clean it myself. They refused to let me take my machine home and I refused payment. I have put enough money into the machine at this point. I ended up paying the amount just to get it in my possession.
      This would never have happened if they returned the machine from the start and returned the $4,500 which is what I purchased it for.
      Therefore I am filling this complaint in hope that you can help me come to a resolution with this business.

      I called and ordered a product on August 23, 2022. The order includes 2 items totaling $18.07. I called 1 month later and they said "the part was not in." To date, November 15, 2022 I had not received any contact of purchase pickup. I have now called and they say "Your product is in." 4 Months of waiting and no communication from this business is not acceptable. The equipment that I needed that part for has been sold. I have promised the buyer that the part will be mailed to them. I want a refund on the price of the needles immediately!
