      On 12/18/24 my vape pen stopped working, I have been to this store several times in the past to buy vape pens. I asked the employee did he have any more **** pens and he stated no. He suggested another pen for me. I purchased it and took it to the car and it didn't work. I brought it back into the store and told the same employee. He then played with the pen for about ten minutes and couldn't get it to work, so he offered me another pen. I had the pen for less than a week and the pen stopped charging.
      Since the pen wouldn't charge, I took it back to the store on 12/28/24 after the holiday, the man immediately asked me did I charge the pen at home and I said yes. He then told me he couldn't take the pen back. I was very upset at this response because it is the second pen I purchased in a week that hasn't worked. I asked for his name , and he refused to give it to me. I told him I have been to several smoke shops in our community and have had pens not work in less than a week, and I have always been offered another pen. He then asked for the pen, and he began to charge it from behind the counter. It didn't work for him either. He handed me back the pen and told me there was nothing he could do for me.
      He was very dismissive and had a "I don't care attitude." The hostility I received from him was intolerable. I told him I don't know if I would shop here again because you all have a lot of defect products. His response "that's your problem."
      I shop local to support my community. It is disheartened that a business can take advantage of it's neighbors.
