      Made an appointment at 12:30pm for my cornea that had been scratched. I waited an hour in the waiting room with a migraine from my scratched cornea while the nurses were being loud, unprofessional and disrespectful. After the hour passed of me waiting I told them I wanted my copay refunded because waiting that long with the nurses and receptionist was making my migraine worse. Plus rereading the bad review while I was waiting, I realized I don’t want help from them. Before leaving and getting my copay refunded, the receptionist continued to interrogate me of why I wanted to leave and told the manager so everyone could hear why I wanted to leave. This was humiliating, stressful and I left in tears. I received no apologies from any of the staff and they made me feel stupid. I politely asked the receptionist why did I have to make an appointment online if I wasn’t going to be seen around that time. She gave me no reason other than because this is “urgent care”. It was that terrible that I would rather leave without being untreated.
