      (1) July 29, 2022 Invoice from SLS Construction paid same day transfer.
      $3000 Temp Electrical Service
      Received non-working, nonfunctional electrical box service that required repairs in order to be up to code to be used and passed by town hall inspector for temporary service. Please find repair fees needed to service broken electrical box $1569.29 that needs to be returned to us to reimburse expenses.

      (2) September 1, 2022 Invoice from SLS Construction paid same day transfer.
      $10,000 kitchen cabinet deposit for ********* ******** for design-build set-up for new home construction at 89 Hendrie needs to be fully refunded back, as SLS construction has not been able to meet their budget or timeline schedule as discussed. We have since sent design out for bidding and he is no longer the builder on this project. ********* ******** kitchen department manager, company management and owner have agreed to fully refund this kitchen deposit back to SLS construction's account with them to be refunded back to us the client, that this was intended for if we used him for the build. He was to provide us the proper designers and subcontractors in his design-build proposal to meet his budget for the project.
