I was contacted by this business and the person I spoke to had me end my contact with ***** *** ********* *********/****** ******** ***, telling me that ***** *** ********* was not BBB recognized and had multiple complaints. They told me that they would be able to help get my monthly payments lowered and pay my creditors back faster. I was told that ***** *** ********* was charging me exorbitant fees, which I believed because ***** *** ********* charged multiple fees and when I asked them, I didn’t receive clear answers. Now, I am not currently enrolled in any programs and I have to go to small claims court for ******** **** which apparently dropped its agreement with ***** *** ********* because I told them I had no money to make a payment and ***** *** ********* changed my payment date and said there was a possibility that some of my creditors would drop my settlement. *** said they could help with issues like that and not charge me any fees. I never received the “Welcome package” that they said I would receive via mail. Now another creditor is asking for payment. I have reached out to *** and received no response. I have no money to declare bankruptcy and I’m afraid I will be sued by my creditors and could possibly lose my job. I don’t know what to do now.

Received mail today August 1 stating the “Negotiations Department” requested urgent contact regarding outstanding credit card debt. It listed various possible sources of debt and an “estimated debt”.

I received a letter from this company on May 20th, 2023. The letter was dated May 8, 2023..They were contacting me to settle a debt. I called the number that was on the letter and it didn't ring, but then had a busy signal ALL THE TIME. It stated in the letter that if you didn't contact them they would add interest to your balance. I feel that they are doing this intentionally to force interest on people and make more money for their firm. There is no address on the letter and this is the phone number ###-###-####. The gave me this to refer to when contacting them ***************. I don't want to be charged interest on a debt, when they don't even a way for you to contact them. This is criminal, I'm sure I not the only on this has happed to.
