    Berkley aspire underwrites insurance for ******* ********* ** *****  they recently gave me a bogus policy. It was completely different than what i asked for. On top of that they sent me a huge bill to pay for a premium in arrears. $33,000 dollars, for a policy that i never wanted. I wanted a simple theft and damage policy for my property. I wasn't worried about liability as i already had a liability policy. Now Berkley Aspire is harassing me and my family. Calling me at all hours and calling my integrity into question. To give me the wrong policy for my needs was big, but then to expect me to pay a huge premium the year after the policy was issued is completely dishonest, My company lost huge amounts of money and they continue to harass me even when i made them a good offer just to get them off my back. I wonder how many other companies they have done this to.... They are a complete ripoff, they have no integrity and need to stop harassing me..

    This is the most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. My son got T-boned by one of their insured customers and it was totally the other guy's fault, no questions asked. This company started out okay, but when it came to receiving the settlement check they dropped off the face of the earth. KC, who was in charge of sending out my son's settlement check, sat on it until over a week (after they made him turn in the rental car) leaving him with no transportation at all! She didn't return any of his calls, emails or texts, (he showed me how many times he tried to call, text and email her). So, for over a week, he had no transportation. We were hopeful he would have the check soon, but NOPE, we went to a dealership to purchase a vehicle, and still no check. I called KC on Monday 3/6/2023 and she miraculously, was sending out the check that day, which was not the case. It didn't go out until Tuesday 3/7/2023. I told her on the phone that we needed it ASAP, but she didn't care! So, my son used UBER once and is now relying on friends and family to get around, because he doesn't have transportation (or the settlement check) to pick up his car and pay for it at the dealership on Friday. Well guess what...we still won't have the check by Friday since she did NOT send it out immediately! So, I spoke to her supervisor, B.D, and he offered a rental, but at this point, what good is a rental, when he is trying to pick up his vehicle on Friday. I asked Brian for $350 for all the inconveniences, and he said NO. I guess he'd rather pay a few hundred dollars per day for a rental, rather than issue a measly $350 check. So, I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he said, he is as high as you can go...there is no one higher than he is. J.C. are you kidding me? And he RUDLY over spoke at the same time and wouldn't let me talk. It's very sad how incompetent they all are there. I will lodge a complaint with the BBB and I will figure out who is above Mr. know it all, aka GOD!
