    Horrific experience and product. Ordered a $3,300 crib mid November that we were told would take 12 weeks to arrive, and we received it the last week of May. The crib was made incorrectly/poorly twice before we received the "correct one," but the "correct" crib is an entirely different color stain than what we ordered.
    The first crib was stained incorrectly. The second crib was stained incorrectly and sent to us with predrilled holes that did not align (they were pre-drilled at angles), so the crib could not even be put together. The "stain" on this one was also done poorly - it would practically rub right off which is not safe for a baby or toddler (imagine them getting that in their mouth).
    The third crib arrived the last week of May (6 months post order date), and is practically black (we ordered a stained rich brown color).
    I asked for some sort of compensation for all of the trouble, and was told they will not be offering compensation of any sort, not even white glove delivery, even though it was advertised on the site that this was an option.
    Not only was the service horrendous, but the product was too. For a $3,000+ crib, I'd expect a lot more. As much as I love the images of products on their website, it is not the quality you would expect, and the customer service doesn't seem to care once they get your money.

    Advertised an item that was not in stock and when I reached out to customer service they informed me that it wouldn't even be in stock for another 7 MONTHS. However they had already gone ahead and charged my card. When I asked to cancel the order they refused. So now I'm stuck waiting almost a year for an extremely overpriced product. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company.

    The Customer placed order On November 27, 2022, for two Acacia Wood One Drawer Contemporary Nightstand in Navy that were marked on backorder until May 15, 2023. Payment was captured and order was placed to hold the place in line for incoming item. Customer was aware of the policy and the delay when she placed her order. Customers also had 24 hours to cancel order after placing it, before paperwork was put in to reserve the item in the backorder queue. The customer emailed for an update February 13, 2023, at which point she was advised the backorder date had been slightly delayed until mid-June. We offered other in-stock options for the customer to switch, and she declined. We also offered the customer a store credit if she did not wish to wait or consider alternatives.
    We did not hear back from customer until April 12, 2023. She asked for a refund since the item had a backorder of 7 months. We honored the cancellation request. We emailed the customer that we would send to accounting for a refund on April 12th. The refund was made April 13th. So, we are disappointed by this review since she was aware all along of the long backorder and we responded back to her on 4/12/23 that we would refund her back.
