    *After the demo I am texting and calling and ever other week since the text response will be I will return you call shortly and he never returns the call this was done three time he responded i will call back shortly in the pass three weeks

    After you contacted them - they started working on the house on oct 26 to present. They are still given me a hard time with requesting more funding up front however due to the poor start I am not paying out til a 3rd of the house is done  as the mortgage company suggest than you for your help

July 28, 2023, hired contractor to rebuild home from fire sept 8, 2022 Paid additional out of contract sign agreement for framing work which is payied in full due to contractor error on amount of windows over work for crew Crew not returned to job site since 3-10-2025 The amount of money you paid the business • 40k downpayment on Aug 13,2023 • 25k framing paided in ful 12-22-24 • Addition 3k 1/16/25 contractor threaten working not return he has not paid them for the additional work that was his error=r and changes • Additional 3k 4/4/25 contractor once more requesting further funding for framing • Contractor -Architect does not want to work on revisions blueprint due to contractor owe him funding for other jobs ( putting my project on a standstill) What the business committed to provide you • Reconstruction of home from fire Permits, blueprints, materials & labor in final cost included only needed down payment to start the work 1.
