    I was pressured into supposedly sign paper work for a Hair transplant. I wasn't told in the office there was a non refundable deposit. I was told after I had to cancel my transplant surgery. I contact Jen and told her I had a serious emergency with my living situation and car situation which my transmission went out on my car. I explained to her that I couldn't afford to pay for a loan for hair transplant and a new car loan, now that I will have to purchase a new car soon. I asked her if I could have a refund or if the could take 20% and give me the rest back. I was told I couldn't get my money back because the deposit was less than what they asked for in the beginning. And I was told that if I give the deposit that I will get the hair transplant for $10,635.00. when I told her I wanted to look for another doctor she told me that they deal with ******* ******** hair and it's no one less price then them. I was focused to put the deposit down. I felt used and abused. All I want is my money back. They didn't car that I had high rent and no car. They just want your money. They are fraudulent especially Jen. She doesn't care about the real life. I was going to contact my bank for fraud. But I want to see if I can get help though the bbb. I continue to beg for some of my money but she laughed at me and told me she can't help me and it's not her problem my car isn't fixable. These are cold hearted people and this business will pressure you to do surgery and not care about you. I will like to know if I could sued. Jen told me in the office I can get a refund and now I can't get my deposit back. I have no car and can't afford my rent and groceries. I made a huge mistake trusting that this company.

    Hello I was contacted by a representative of ziering medical center about giving me a refund but I have to sign some paperwork. They want me to remove my post on the BBB site. How can I remove the post once I am issue my paperwork. I have proof of the email.

    Can you close the case as resolved. They will be issuing me my full refund in 10 days business days
