    I would be very cautious purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. My brand new Cadillac CT five had paint and bodywork completed to it and the driver side tear in the seat. This was supposed to be a brand new car which had 300 miles at time of sale. Dealership is failing to acknowledge issues.

    This is a TERRIBLE dealership and service department. I've never been treated by a service department the way that I've been treated by Cadillac of Greenwich. I've had 3 bad experiences over 5 years. First was needing a tire replacement during Christmas week of 2019. The dealership couldn't get ahold of our tire insurance company and didn't want to replace our tire (even though we were traveling through town from NC). I just wanted to pay for the tire outright and make the claim later and it took hours to get them to just replace the tire and get us back on our way. Second was in October 2021. We moved from ** ** **** *********** *** and didn't have a front license place holder. I called the dealership and asked if they had one, they only had one in stock so I asked them to put it on hold with credit card (they wouldn't do that), so my husband rushed down there to pick it up and they said that we could 'just drop by any time' to have it installed. A few days later I dropped by and they wouldn't install it without an appointment - mind you, it's just two rivets that need to be shot through the holder into the bumper. So, I complained to the Head of Service and then to the Dealership Manager - I told them that we love our Cadillac but would never buy a car or service with them again! Then, I went to my local Shell Station and a serviceman installed the holder in less than two minutes! Third was today, I went to drop the car to have a dent removed from the hood under our exterior extended care plan. I made the claim online myself and the company, Sonsio/Dent Wizard, said to drop the car at the dealership and it would be fixed by Dent Wizard during the day. When I went inside to drop the keys they wouldn't take them claiming that they didn't know about the appointment, wouldn't help me because I didn't service there, couldn't take on the liability of the car being there, etc. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT.     Please do yourself a favor and stay clear of attempting to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, especially if you are working with the Sales Manager, Ron D******* I agreed to purchase the vehicle via text/email for full asking price without any negotiation and was sent a signed purchase agreement from Ron D******* I informed him that the purchase agreement would then be immediately sent via email to my bank for approval of transfer of funds by the close of business that day. Regardless of a commitment by myself to purchase the vehicle, a signed purchase agreement by Ron D******* time invested to coordinate by wife and myself to obtain this vehicle, Ron D*******thought it would best serve himself to sell this vehicle to another customer. This easily ranks as the greatest disservice I have ever received from a car dealership or any business for that matter.
