    Horrible Dealership. I walked in with my own financing. They refused it and stated they could only use their financing. Be aware of sale rep Neerja T**** and Sales manager Dave M****. They ended up running my credit through several banks and adding excessive add on fees which made the loan higher. They take all day (more than 8 hours) so they can do their shady stuff with the numbers. The cars they are selling are over priced, with multiple car accidents, multiple owners, scratches and dents. They only care to make their commission. Do not buy from here. You will regret it. Neerja jumps back and forth from dealer to dealer, she was recently at BMW of Greenwich. This dealership is a scam. Be aware of the extra "special Darcars warranties" that they add on which brings your loan amount high and impossible for your to sell the car if you needed to. The manager Dave M**** will never return your call, they lack conflict resolution skills at this dealership.

    We have spoken with *** ******* and her mother consistently and extensively and understand that there are extenuating circumstances behind her accusations and desire to sell the vehicle. We happily processed cancellations for items *** ******* was unhappy with in mid-June and wish her all the best.

    This is not true. The cancelation happened after I made various complaints. The last correspondence between the manger and I , he stated “the owner would be giving me a call “ he went further and lied and stated owner is in “vegas” They never wished me the best. They continue to lie and cover up for their image. In addition I made a public complaint directly on their website dealer reviews. In return Dave M*** broke confidentiality and named my name in his response publicly. At last BBB has enough common sense to cover up the name. My attorney will be in touch.

    I purchased a Lexus lc 500 convertible… Car has swirl marks through out the entire car… I have no tags because it was a out of town deal.. The customer service there is non existent because I can’t get any answers and all they do is put me on hold.. horrible experience and it goes a lot deeper… Have left more reviews on ****** with pictures
