    I ordered a small boot they came in a size 5 I returned them at my own expense left the invoice in the box and explained I need a size 7; Please send me the same boot in a 7. I never got them. I email several times. I might have been a little naive that I thought this was a legitimate store and when they opened the box they would see my message and just send back a pair of boots my size. I have contacted them several times and got no response. I realize I should have wrote down all the invoice information but thought I sent everything they needed. They could have contacted me via email or regular mail but nothing not even a note saying I returned the shoes that didn't fit me and what do I want in return. I didn't get a credit on my bank statement which I sent to them with proof I paid for shoes. I really like Earth shoes and bought from them before BUT NEVER AGAIN as no correspondence since January-April. It's not a good business. I would not recommend this store.
