    It took 10 weeks and 3 emails before I received my speaker. The quality is poor…minimal bass and volume. This was a waste of money and time.

    Premio Boom- the name is a scam all by itself. ZERO bass. The sound is so bad, intolerable, it's literally unusable.
    The reviews on: https://premioboom.com/en/us/v1/ are obviously fake.
    Either the above webpage is selling a knock-off (counterfeit) Or these "Trusted Experts" are also frauds: https://www.trustedexpertreviews.com/premio-boom-review/
    Don't waste your money.

    FACTS: I ORDERED SPEAKERS ON SEPT 22, 2022 AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM.
    THEY HAVE DISCONTINUED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE AND NOW THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS.
    I RATE ZERO STARS BUT WAS REUIRED TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE
    THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!!

    Scam. Got sucked into ordering two Premio Bluetooth speakers (only intended to order one but it defaulted to double the order - no way to reverse it). Three months later after multiple complains speakers arrived. Pure crap. About the same quality as the $5.00 stuff you see in the dollar store. Complained and was given instructions to return for a refund. Sent speakers back and recived confirmation that they were received (I paid the shipping). Now they will not communicate. I should have known better. Go buy a name rand. Do not order anything from Price Daily. As each and every review states, it is a scam operation.

    Don’t buy!!! Scammers!!! It looks good, great price for speakers…. Comparing them to name brand speakers and selling theirs at a reasonable price. They take your money snd you don’t receive what you paid for. You’re safer going with a brand you know and using PayPal where you can get your money back. Frauds!!! So disappointed. Too good to be true.

    I could repeat the review of Sandy R exactly as stated. Ordered a speaker and paid for expedited shipping which shows 3-5 days. Said I would receive a confirmation that it shipped. After 5 days I tried calling and yes, it states that you need to email. Very unresponsive to emails. Out of the 3 times I emailed them, they got back to me once stating it takes 5-10 business days. Tomorrow will be 10 business days and the order shows it's still processing. Today I canceled the order and contacted the credit card company. I'm also wondering if this site is a scam!

    I wish I would have seen this site before I ordered what I thought was an awesome deal and with lots of verified reviews. I ordered Premio Bluetooth speakers on 10/6/22 and it said they are mailed out in 2-3 days. I waited a week and it still said processing, so I called them and it now reroutes you to email. I emailed which said they should be answered within 24 hours. I waited 3 more days and sent another email. I haven't heard anything! I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I'm not sure if this is scam or not but they are certainly not good at communicating but very good at charging your credit card promptly. There is no way to even cancel the order. I would think twice before using this website.

    I ordered a Blu tooth speaker two months ago. Still have not received my item. I've contacted them via email. No response. Not a happy camper.
