    I am writing this formal complaint letter to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I have had with Avanti Systems. I had placed an order for a glass wall for ********* ****** ****** on 3/2/2022, and I am extremely disappointed to report that the product has not been delivered within the promised time frame. Furthermore, the lack of responsiveness from your customer service department has only exacerbated my frustration.

    I have yet to receive the ordered product after over a year of having this fully paid. This substantial delay has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my plans, both personally and professionally. The lack of communication regarding the status of my order has only added to the frustration and uncertainty surrounding this situation.

    Equally concerning is the complete lack of customer service support throughout this ordeal. I have attempted to contact the customer service department numerous times via the provided contact information, including phone calls and emails, but my attempts to seek clarification and assistance have gone unanswered. This level of disregard for customers and their concerns is both disheartening and unacceptable.

    Out Project Management team is trained to keep clients informed of any delays, which typically only occur when a change order is initiated. We have established multiple steps to ensure that everyone involved is kept up-to-date and that necessary adjustments are made to deliver a project that meets the satisfaction of all parties involved.
