    Product did not do as promised. 30 day return policy is deceptive.
    They made no attempt to make an inquiry into my displeasure with their product. Here is their response.

    This complainant is aware he demanded preferential treatment of an extended money back guarantee beyond the posted 30 day guarantee. We denied him such preferential treatment. We abide strictly by the terms of the contract and treat all customers with equal respect.

    Received an email with confirmed delivery. No delivery. I went to the tracking information and stated the products were delivered in the mailbox. The mailbox was empty. I phoned Nutreance to help me locate the products just like any other companies I dealt with. Customer service said I need to speak to **** about the lost package and I asked if they can assist me. I asked if I can get assistance with locating the products as I ordered in the amount of $439.40. That's a lot of money to be lost and they don't want to take full responsibilities and refused to help locate the products.
    I can't even give them a 1 rating. They need to have 0 as their customer service is bad. I will also call my credit card company and refuse the payment since I didn't get the product at all.

    I wanted to return empty bottles for RediMind based on their product guarantee. Says to call or email to start return process. Tried calling for 2 days and everytime my calls were cut off. I tried emailing several times and had no response. Terrible customer service. Sorry to say will never order again from them and will spread the word to others about my experience.

    My wife ordered 3 bottles of Redimind on February 20th, 2023. It has caused her to have terrible bouts of diarrhea.
    She contacted the company on March 1 to get a return authorization. When asked why she wanted to return she told them it caused diarrhea - the person on the other line said it didn't - my wife is a registered pharmacist so she does know something about drugs. Then the person at Nutreance hung up on her. We've tried calling back on March 2 & March 3 - we get an answering machine, press the button for returns and then their system hangs up on us. Happened twice on 3/2 & four times 3/3. Their return policy says they have a 30 Money back guarantee - we are well within 30 days. If we don't get our money back we are out $124.80 - we are retirees and are on a fixed income. We believe this company is a scam - once they have your money so longer sucker!!!!!!!! Avoid them at all costs* ******* ** * ***** ** ***** ********** ** *****

    You received accurate information. It is not possible for the product to produce the side effects you claim, especially so in intensity and timeframe. Ingesting actual arsenic in that amount of time would not produce such a reaction. The product was tested extensively under placebo-controlled controlled conditions and did not produce any side effects from any subject whatsoever.

    When you put in an order with this company make sure when you put in your address that it is correct. I put in an order for an item and the address changed to a different city, same address different city. When I noticed the error the item had already been shipped, but they offered a replacement. That's fine, but I was accused of trying to scam the company when I asked for a refund instead of a replacement. I assumed the second bottle had not been shipped yet because I had not received a tracking number. I know I put in the right address, but it changed. Check your order Immediately after sending it to make sure it's the right address. Their company interfaces with ****** maps and it has a habit of changing the address. This is the second time ****** maps has done this to me.

    This customer makes several false statements. We do use ****** Maps to verify all addresses; however the process he describes is inaccurate. Anyone who has used our system or any site that interfaces with ****** Maps is familiar with multiple addresses that populate with varying postal codes. The customer must select the appropriate and accurate address.
    This customer selected an incorrect address. Rather than blaming him, our company generously offered to send a replacement to the correct address, free of charge. The customer accepted. After receiving notification his new bottle had shipped, he contacted us again without reason and demanded cancellation of his shipment as well as a full refund.
    Of course, we refused and directed his attention to his initial mistake which could be replicated by going back through the checkout process.
    The customer's pattern of behavior is obvious in his complaint as he claims this is, "the second time ****** maps has done this to me," though he discounts his own behavior in all of these instances.
    Since we have acted with integrity and generosity throughout, we refuse to grant a refund.
