    Terrible service.
    1. We were told by the salesman, Paul, the items would be in stock 2 weeks ago, and we placed the order then and asked they to ship out right after that.
    2. It turns out the items arrived their store 4 business days behind the schedule.
    3. They didn't ship the order out until 2 days ago, which is 9 business days after they got the items.
    4. During these 9 days, we kept call them asking them to ship ASAP. However there were always some issues with them which caused delay: shipping guy Out today, family issue, etc...
    5. First, we got the quote of $70/pail of shipping cost to **, and later we asked for the quote to CA, and got $80~$90/pail. 2 different colleague talked to Paul, and got these numbers.
    6. It turns our they charged us $149/pail, twice of expected, and Pual refused to commit the above quotes.
    Please be careful when doing business with them.
