The company failed to remove their illegal device that shuts off vehicles. They were recently sued for this. This device has shut my car off three times since paying my car off in full. The company refused to help me with a tow to their service center to have the device removed costing me in a tow. Also, the first time it happened we replaced the starter thinking that was the issue and it wasn't.

      Hi ********
We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with your vehicle that has been paid off as of 2020. As we explained to you previously, the unit in your vehicle becomes inactive once paid off. We also explained that we would be happy to remove it for you at the time of payoff in 2020 as well as last week, however, we do not offer towing and are unable to provide that service. After the many interactions on Friday, we have informed you that you are welcome to take your vehicle to any mechanic to have the unit taken out.

My car was repossesed due to being behind couple weeks of payment. I let them I had the funds to get back on track but instead for me to get the vehicle back I was told I have to come up with the full loan amount to get the car back.

Mr. ******** is correct, Oracle Finance did repossess the vehicle. However, we did send certified mail before the repossession stating that the consumer had 16 days to bring the account current if he did not do this we would in-fact repossess the vehicle and call full balance on the loan per state law.  At this time Oracle Finance is only allowing written communication with this consumer after numerous verbal attacks on our staff. We have sent final correspondence to this consumer in this matter via mail.

      Thank you,

      Michael Y***

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive any mail prior to the repossession. If I was aware of that I would have found a way to come up with the funds to make the account current. I do apologize for my behavior.

      Sincerely,
